San Francisco Coffee hits northern shores

All my adult life, well the parts that I remember clearly at least, revolved around coffee. If there's something called a coffee-addict then I am one. I drink almost 5-6 cups of coffee daily, I can survive on coffee and just snacks. That's me. I have worked as a barista in Starbucks Coffee and Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf for a total of almost 5 years while I was still in college & university. Yes. I know how to make a good cuppa. The two big brands of chain coffee outlets in the northern of Malaysia would be the two I mentioned above, until recently.

San Francisco Coffee has recently opened their very first outlet in the North, in Penang! They've been only Malaysian shores for almost 2 decades with 40 outlets located throughout Klang Valley, Negeri Sembilan and Pahang, SF Coffee promises a different experience.  With a little facelift, now SF Coffee has a new logo, a new concept store which is very cool as each outlet features a design by local artiste. I love it when brands actually gives opportunities to local artiste. All the refurbished SF Coffee outlets will carry their own unique identity depending on the location and so on. These outlets will aso feature works of the home-grown artiste. Be prepared as SF Coffee  offers quality top-of-the-crop beans, expert roasting, great service, sweet tunes, and wondrous aromas.

Penang's first outlet features a mural by Penang-raised artist, Anna Maria. The mural’s themed "Coffee, Beach and Sea". Its concept was to create an oasis from the hectic life of modern Penang, offering a calm and serene space for consumers to enjoy the good stuff! SF Coffee also serves food at their outlets. Be spoilt for choices from breakfast to dinner. To find out more about San Francisco Coffee, please visit
